Recently, Louisiana Congressman Troy Carter received the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award for Public Service. Over the years he’s served the people of the state bringing much needed resources to make a positive impact on his constituents.

Congressman Carter said that “he is eternally grateful to have been recognized by the Louisiana Democratic Party and the citizens of Louisiana”.
