On December 15, 2022, District E City Councilmember Oliver Thomas held an Appreciation Party. It was attended by family, friends, and leaders from the business, civic, faith and grassroots communities. Thomas is continuing to be a servant leader, using a big tent approach bringing people from all walks of life together in the City of New Orleans.
