Bayou Boogaloo 2019 opened last Friday, May 17th and culminated on Sunday after being forced to delay for 2 hours due to persistent, heavy thunderstorms. But gray skies turned blue, giving festival goers carte blanche to party and have fun on the Bayou, and Data was there to take in all of the culture!
