Knox and Hutabarat Win March 25th Election.

NEW ORLEANS – In what was a contentious race, for a seat in the Louisiana House of Representatives ended with Alonzo Knox winning against his opponent Sibil Fox Richardson with 54% of the vote in the general election between two Democrats.
Hutabarat, 39, won the race for New Orleans Civil District Court. She currently serves as a judge at the 1st City Court, where she has presided over hundreds of cases, including eviction hearings. After her victory, Hutabarat pledged to run her courtroom efficiently and with compassion and dignity.
