Actress Producer and Director Tyra Barabino-Baker Celebrates Birthday and Given Proclamation from the New Orleans City Council

Her star continues to rise, Tyra Barabino-Baker has an increasingly visible presence as an actress, writer, producer, and director, setting Hollywood South ablaze. The New Orleans native is a well-seasoned actress whose beautiful eyes and southern accent captivate any audience. She’s co-starred in CBS’s NCIS: New Orleans and guest-starred in TNT’s hit television series Claws. Over the course of her career, she’s lent her immense talent to a wide range of projects, from stage plays to television commercials.

In addition to her acting career, Barabino-Baker has made significant contributions as a producer. She has produced two short films, “Don’t Judge Our Love” and “George,” which premiered at the AMC Palace Theater on March 23, 2019, and are currently streaming on Amazon and Amazon Prime Video. She also produced a successful game show titled “My Best Friend.” Currently, Ms. Barabino-Baker is guest-starring in BET’s hit movie “Love Marry Kill.”

Recently, while celebrating her birthday with family and friends she received two proclamations from the New Orleans City Councilmember Oliver Thomas.
