It was a night to remember as supporters of Troy Carter gathered with him to celebrate his Election victory to become the member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Louisiana’s 2nd Congressional District. Data News Weekly was there and would like to congratulate Troy Carter and know he will be a great representative and get things done that will help all the citizens of Louisiana’s 2nd Congressional District.
